I love granola, it is always a staple in my kitchen. It is essential for topping smoothie and açaí bowls and I love having it with coconut chia pudding and coconut yoghurt and fruit. I also love just having it with some plant milk or snacking on it on it's own of course..

This recipe is such a delicious breakfast or snack, it's kind of like you're eating a healthy dessert for breakfast! My favourite..

This is honestly my new favourite granola! And it's nice and crunchy, how I love my granola!

I've used my favourite vanilla flavoured protein powder to help keep you fuller for longer and it makes anything you're using it in taste super yum!...

Plantasy Foods sell vegan 'Mac 'n Cheez' that you can make, ready in minutes! They come in four different flavours, you just add water in a pan as instructed on the packet, add your Mac 'n Cheez mix, stir, wait a few minutes and it's as easy as that! They also sell 'Cheez Sprinkles' for an extra sprinkling of 'cheez' or to top on other savoury or pasta dishes.

Sometimes the best recipes are created when you don't put too much thought into it! This one was created when I was dancing around in my kitchen intuitively adding ingredients.

It turned out to taste so similar to creamy white chocolate! But super healthy and with added protein. YUM!!

I love making protein bars because you can eat them as a snack throughout the day, for a quick on-the-go breakfast or as a dessert too!

Creamy Cashew Protein Bars

(makes 8 medium-large bars)

Ingredients

10 medjool dates

1/4 cup almond meal

1/2 cup oats

1 scoop vanilla Raw Sport protein (use code "lauren20" at checkout)

I am obsessed with this granola right now! I love topping it on açaí and smoothie bowls, having it with some chia pudding and coconut yoghurt or just snacking on it on it's own! Why not even pair it with some tropical fruit??

Cacao is super high in magnesium, iron, antioxidants and more and is one of my favourite superfoods. Especially paired with blanched hazelnuts.. SO yum!!

1 3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts, almond & blanched hazelnuts
2 tbsp pumpkin & sunflower seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed meal 

1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp agave or other liquid sweetener of choice
