I love how a recipe turns out exactly how you envisioned! This is a similar recipe I use for my Choc Chip Banana Bread recipe, and I thought it would work GREAT as muffins too! Here is a super easy, simple and healthy cookie dough recipe! I love eating this cookie dough with nice cream or my favourite dairy-free ice cream with my cacao sauce on top (cacao, agave & water). It is the perfect dessert!

Simple Vegan Cookie Dough


3/4 cup oat flour (blended oats) 

1/2 cup smooth almond butter

2 tbsp coconut sugar

It was about time I put a banana bread recipe up on this blog! On the odd occasion on a cold winter's day I will crave a comforting hot chocolate, but still wanting it to be healthy and refined sugar free I made up my own healthy, natural and delicious hot chocolate recipe. This is always my go-to hot chocolate, this time adding a twist of hazelnut milk!
