You can tell I'm a little obsessed with Spirulina smoothies. I love making up random smoothies and discovering that they taste amazing!!! This smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals and protein. Spirulina being the God of superfoods is packed with a load of vitamins and minerals including iron and b12. Tahini is packed with calcium and makes this smoothie super creamy. You seriously have to try this, all the ingredients just go so perfectly together making this smoothie creamy and so delicious!
Green Tahini Protein Smoothie
Handful of spinach
handful of frozen mango
handful of frozen blueberries
1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 hpd tsp tahini
1 tsp spirulina powder
For the liquid 1/4 plant milk to 3/4 coconut water
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Notes: Place as much liquid as you want into the blender depending on how many servings you are making.
