I discovered this brand at the recent Vegan Life Live festival in London. One of the best vegan festivals I have been to might I just add. It is always so great to see so many emerging vegan brands with pretty much a plant-based alternative to any animal product! There were a few products that really stood out and this was one of them.
I AM NUT OK make creamy cashew cheese spreads.
These spreads are seriously delicious! Only using quality, healthy and minimal ingredients. I seriously loved all of these spreads. They are so flavourful and the flavours are so balanced and not overpowering. These spreads are quite rich and flavourful so best eaten in small quantities. Perfect to take to parties, gatherings, picnics and to have on a vegan cheese platter!

1. Garlic & Beetroot
You can smell the garlic, but it's not a strong overpowering smell. There is a subtle taste of beetroot and garlic, the flavours are perfectly balanced. Smooth texture, dip like. You can definitely taste the quality of ingredients. They also all have the perfect amount of salt and they use the best form of salt, Himalayan. The flavours taste amazing, so delicious!
2. Smoked & Piquant
This one has a perfect smokey flavour, not overly powerful. It's a little spicy, complementing the smokeyness. Same smooth, dip like texture. Again, super delicious!
3. Truffle & Walnut Faux Gras
This is a fancy one. I can see why they called this one faux gras because it has the same kind of texture. Not that I've ever tried faux gras.. Ew!
You can see the truffle oil has risen to the top, making it a delicious dip. There are some really delicious ingredients in this, as you can see on the lid. I can't really taste a walnut flavour, but somehow all of these ingredients together made it taste incredibly good. I can't quite describe it but it was delicious.
Cheese lovers (and non cheese lovers) you seriously need to try these spreads!
