This bowl is packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidant and protein. And you wouldn't think something this green would taste this damn good!!!
Protein Matcha Green Smoothie
1 frozen banana
Handful of frozen mango chunks
Handful of baby spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein (I used Vega Clean Protein)
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maca powder
First blend the spinach with a bit of water then add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
Don't add too much plant milk. You can add more or less depending on the consistency you would like.
I topped my bowl with Chocolate Granola, toasted coconut, chia seeds, cacao nibs, blueberries and cashew butter.
