1. Chocolate Chip

Dough (uncooked): Notice how the last ingredient is "love" in their cookie dough. I love that!

The dough tastes sweet, soft and light, with a good amount of chocolate chips. It is a tiny bit grainy, but you don't notice it too much, it's a good consistency for cookie dough.

Cookie: I put all three cookie flavours in the oven for 15 minutes. They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, but not gooey. They were good, BUT, I think they were way better when I made the cookies bigger and cooked them for 12 minutes and let them sit for about 5 minutes. They were soft and moreish on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are super good with the pretty good ingredients that they have and not being super sugary. They still taste sweet which shows you don't need a load of sugar! My favourite flavour will always be chocolate chip! This would definitely be my go-to cookie mix when I'm craving cookies.

2. Chocolate Fudge

Dough (uncooked): Perfect amount of sweetness for the flavour it is. It's a little denser than the other two but still dough like, and a bit smoother. It tastes like brownie paste.

Cookie: Basically tastes like a brownie cookie. The second time I cooked this I made the dough size bigger and cooked it in the oven for 12 minutes. It tasted similar to chocolate cake and had that sort of texture in the centre too. I'm not a huge brownie fan, I guess I find them a bit boring, so this surprised me that I liked this! If you love brownies or chocolate cake you will love this.

3. Ginger & Spice

Dough (uncooked): Sweet, similar consistency to the chocolate chip cookie dough. Had a good natural ginger flavour without the harsh spice that ginger usually has. You can taste the cinnamon too.

Cookie: I thought this one tasted better cooked. This one surprised me because I'm not a fan of ginger flavoured snacks or cookies and I didn't actually mind it. This would be great to have with a cup of tea.
