Banana & Coconut Porridge
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup Alpro coconut milk
Slice your banana into diagonal slices.
Put the coconut oil in a pan. When melted place the banana slices in the pan.
Squeeze a little bit of agave on each banana slice and fry on each side until golden brown.
Poor the oats and coconut milk in a pan and cook for a few minutes stirring until you have a porridge like consistency.
Poor into a bowl to serve and top with the banana slices, toasted coconut flakes, walnuts, cacao nibs and cinnamon.
