Here is a super easy, simple and healthy cookie dough recipe! I love eating this cookie dough with nice cream or my favourite dairy-free ice cream with my cacao sauce on top (cacao, agave & water). It is the perfect dessert!
Simple Vegan Cookie Dough
3/4 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1/2 cup smooth almond butter
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 cup soy milk (or other plant milk)
Pinch of pink himalayan salt
Handful of dairy-free chocolate chips or chunks
Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate) until well combined.
Add chocolate chunks and stir through.
Store in a container in the fridge.
Notes: Serve cookie dough in chunks, squares or roll into balls and serve with your favourite dairy-free ice cream or blend frozen bananas to make nice cream!
Add some salted peanuts to this recipe to make it extra delicious.
