Green Smoothie Bowl


We all know how AMAZE greens are for us.. I love incorporating greens into my smoothies as you either don't taste it mixed with the other sweet fruit and ingredients or it transforms the taste (for the better!)


Try this recipe next time you want to get some more greens into your life! And just want a delicious smoothie bowl..

Green Smoothie Bowl



Ingredients​​

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Handful of frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp flaxseed mea

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp greens powder

1 tsp spirulina

Splash of plant-based milk


Method

Blend all ingredients in a high power blender or food processor until smooth.


Topped with:

Mango

Strawberries

Granola

Chia seeds

Coconut yoghurt

Cacao nibs
