I love this smoothie in summer for a cooler coffee option. It is packed full of healthy, energy-rich foods and antioxidants from the cacao. Plus it is so fricken delicious!
1/2-1 frozen banana
1 cup of cold brewed coffee
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
Agave syrup to taste
Around 1/3 cup soy milk (or any plant milk)
Ice cubes (optional)
Blend everything together in a blender.
For a fancy serve, sprinkle some cacao powder on top.
