Perfect Green Smoothie


One fine Sunday morning before I spilled a 1/4 of this perfect green smoothie all over my soft, white bamboo sheets (just changed!), I made this delicious smoothie packed with superfoods and protein.

Perfect Green Smoothie

(serves 1-2)

Ingredients

1 banana

2 handfuls of frozen mango, pineapple & papaya

A few strawberries

1 tbsp Naturya organic greens blend

1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

Handful of baby spinach

Half coconut milk and water for the liquid

Method

Blend it up and enjoy!

If you want, top with seeds or granola.
