The smell is so good, it smells caramel like! These protein powders are actually very smooth and mix very well, if you are using quite a bit then it will be a tiny bit floury when having it on it's own but nothing compared to other plant-based proteins on the market, so make sure you add a good amount of water/plant milk to protein if you drink it on it's own pre/post workout.
I like to add 1/4 plant milk to 3/4 water. You do get used to it though and the flavour is pretty damn good for how natural the ingredients are, can we also appreciate how good and clean their ingredients are?? They also have a perfect amount of sweetness with it having no added sweeteners besides stevia listed as the last ingredient. It is ok to drink just with water/plant milk but it works better in a smoothie and makes the smoothie taste 10 times better! I am pretty impressed with this protein and they do all of their flavours really well and natural tasting.
I love adding this to a smoothie pre or post workout and adding it to my smoothie bowls or açai bowls.
2. Vanilla Cinnamon
Lovely creamy vanilla flavour with a subtle hint of cinnamon. Vanilla and cinnamon go so well together and reminds me a bit of rice pudding!
3. Chocolate & Vanilla
Smells nice and chocolatey. It doesn't have a strong chocolate flavour, I guess because it is chocolate and vanilla so it wouldn't be a strong chocolate flavour, but still yummy if you love chocolate smoothies or shakes!
4. Raw Banana
This flavour could have gone wrong and tasted quite artificial but Raw Sport use all natural ingredients so this flavour was really nice. It has that yummy natural banana taste but also reminds me of those yummy banana lollies. This one is also great if you feel like a banana milkshake.
5. Toffee Fudge
Delicious toffee fudge flavour, not too strong or overpowering. Similar flavour to Salted Caramel, but I prefer this flavour on it's own in a shake, in a smoothie mixed with banan etc. It's quite sweet and the toffee fudge flavour becomes more subtle, this and the Salted Caramel both taste delicious in a smoothie but maybe the Salted Caramel wins for me. This one could also get sickly if you have too much.

6. Salted Caramel
Smells yummy, has a strong caramel smell.
On it's own this one has quite a strong caramel flavour. I found it too overpowring on it's own as a simple protein shake but in a smoothie with banana etc it's not as overpowing and tastes really yum! And it's not any saltier than the others, you could add your own salt your smoothie if you want!
This one could also become a bit sickly if you have too much.
A great smoothie idea with this one is: 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp flaxmeal, 1tsp maca powder, pinch of pink himalayan salt, coconut water and almond milk, you can also add 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2-1 tbsp almond butter and a medjool date.
Smells and tastes just like natural raw peanuts, rather than a peanut butter kind of flavour. I actually didn't mind this one, and it has a nice sweetness. This tastes so delicious in a smoothie with some cacao powder! It's quite sweet but when you add the cacao powder it balances the sweetness out well.
A great smoothie recipe with this is: 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 1 heaped tsp cacao powder - option to add 1 tbsp flaxmeal, 1 tsp maca powder and some frozen blueberries for that extra health!
8. Wild Berry
Nice smell of berries, smells like summer.
Nice berry flavour not overpowering. On it's own in a simple shake I feel that it ends up losing it's natural berry flavour and has a slight unnatural or strong aftertaste. It liked it better in a smoothie with banana and frozen berries etc. because it loses that unnatural aftertaste and the berry flavours still come through. I am personally more of a vanilla kind of girl!
I love this flavour and the fact that it has added reishi which has loads of benifits. This has a nice, natural coffee flavour and not too strong. I normally take this protein around 30-45 minutes before a workout and it definitely gives me more energy and endurance without me crashing later or my blood suagr levels dropping.
A smoothie idea that I seriously recommend with this is: 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 1 heaped tsp cacao powder, 1-2 tsp almond butter, pinch of pink himalayan salt, coconut water, plant milk and ice.
